This is the island, in the middle of the Lacul Snagov (Snagov lake), were the Snagov Mânăstirea stands.
The church one can see on the island is Biserică Neagoe Basarab (Church of Neagoe Basarab), where Vlad Ţepeş is burried. The church and the monastery are still used. |
